CANADA'S Harper, together with BUSH, argues for climate targets, not in 12 YEARS FROM NOW, what the rest of the world pushed for, but for when HE WILL NO LONGER BE IN POWER! So, this means HE BELIEVES IN GLOBAL WARMING BUT WANTS TO PASS THE BUCK TO OUR KIDS???
